Crocodile Stitch Pattern

Foundation Row

  1. Chain a multiple of 6 + 1.

  2. Work 1 tr (US: dc) in the 4th ch from the hook.

  3. Skip 2 ch, 2 tr (US: dc) in next ch, skip 2 ch, 1 tr (US: dc) in next ch. Repeat to end. Turn.

Scale Row

  2. Work 5 dtr (US: tr) around the second post, forming a scale.

  3. Skip next tr (US: dc), repeat step 1 around the next pair of tr (US: dc). Continue to end. Turn.
