Popcorn Stitch Pattern

Foundation Row

Start with any multiple of 2 chains.

Row 1: (Foundation row)

• Dc (UK) / sc (US) in the second ch from hook and in each ch across.

• Turn.

Row 2: (Creating the Popcorn Stitch)

• Ch 1.

• Dc in the first stitch.

• Popcorn stitch in next stitch, dc in next stitch.

• Repeat across.

• Turn.

Row 3: (Alternating Popcorn Stitches)

• Ch 1, dc in the first stitch.

Row 4 and Beyond:
